When you thought colors were a free for all, think again. According to Francisco Inchauste’s article “Color: The Next Limited Resource?“, it could be possible that one day we will run out of colors to choose from…especially if all companies start trademarking their brand colors like T-Mobile, who has put their claim on the color magenta. T-Mobile is only trying to protect their brand and ensure no other digital media services tries to impostor them. Being the only cell phone company allowed to use magenta has also allowed them to stand out from the others.
But what about if other companies want to use the color magenta in a combination with other colors? Is that allowed? When does a color become too similar to another? Perhaps we all need to run out and trademark our brand colors before we get stuck with an eye-assaulting orange.

Hiya! I just would like to give a huge thumbs up for the nice data you may have right here on this post. I will probably be coming back to your weblog for more soon.
