Business reviews with customers is an important part of maintaining a customer base, reviewing transactions and closely monitoring the growth of a business.
We created a quarterly business review tool, that lets the Castrol team go to the field and review data with their customers. This web based tool allows the sales team to input key data points, see data against specific KPI’s, have charts built in real time and add goals for the next review. On the admin side, data can be reviewed by region or by individual performance.
A final document is created, that shows in detail, how the business has performed in a particular quarter and where the business has opportunity to grow. All documentation is presented in formats ready to print and share.
